This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are very affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel is located right at the center of the town, directly at the beautiful square in the city centre. The rooms offer a great view, directly into the park.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a friendly front desk. I stayed in a room facing the street, so it was a bit noisy at night. the curtains didn't block out the light completely, but the location opposite the Cathedral made up for it. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, the convenient location just opposite the beautiful main square, and the cleanliness of the hotel. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities and parking, easy for us to explore this city and its surroundings.

Great location near the city square and walking distance to the bus terminal. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. the owner even offered to switch our room to a quieter one away from a nearby celebration to ensure we got a good night's rest. to that, the price was worth it and breakfast was freshly made and affordable.

The noise levels in the hotel were high due to other guests being loud and slamming doors. the fanlight on the room door also let in a lot of light, which could be disturbing at night.

The location was great, very close to the main square and shops. The staff was friendly as well. , I loved the fact that they had a Christmas dinner for all their guests.

The room was in poor condition, with old furniture and a dirty bathroom. The hot water was scarce and the WiFi was not reliable.

Centrally located, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free luggage storage, convenient for the Quilotoa Loop.
